Yarn
New Zealand Polwarth (a 'cousin' to Merino) and Alpaca locally spun into a deliciously light soft yarn. This yarn hasn't been superwash treated, so it is definitely hand wash only! It also takes colour differently from superwash bases, the blended shades are even more melded and subtle than my superwash yarns.
Full disclosure, I've had some pilling on the garment I've made for myself. It comes off easily with a sweater stone, and has done no harm to the garment (it's my current favourite), but if you're concerned about pilling, this may not be the yarn for you.
100g/400m
80% NZ Polwarth
20% NZ Alpaca
Suggested needle size 2.75mm - 3.75mm
Hand wash only, lie flat to dry.
Please note
I try to represent colours accurately, but different devices, screens and browsers all show colours slightly differently and therefore the colour of your yarn may vary slightly from that pictured.
Purchases of multiple skeins in the same colour listing will always be from the same dyelot.
