If you change your mind about your yarn purchase, I will refund you the cost of the yarn once it is returned in perfect condition. I am unable to refund any shipping costs in this instance.
If your yarn is faulty or damaged, I will refund or replace your yarn if the issue is not able to be corrected easily. Please get in touch with me so we can work out be best solution. Note that milling standards allow up to two joins per 100g skein, and therefore this is not considered a fault.
